From May 5 to 7, 2026, we took part in MedtecLIVE 2026 in Stuttgart, one of Europe’s leading events for the medical technology industry and healthcare supply chain.
This year’s edition once again confirmed the exhibition’s central role as a meeting point for companies, manufacturers, suppliers, OEMs and professionals from across Europe, creating a concrete platform for discussion around the key topics shaping the future of the medical sector: digitalisation, sustainability, automation, manufacturing reliability and technological innovation.
With more than 4,000 professional visitors and 267 international exhibitors, MedtecLIVE 2026 once again proved to be a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the market, gather new application requirements and gain deeper insight into the developments transforming the medical technology industry.
For us at Carniaflex, participating in this trade fair means much more than simply showcasing products: it means listening to the industry, observing its evolution and continuing to develop increasingly targeted, flexible and reliable solutions.
During the three exhibition days, we had the opportunity to engage with clients, partners and professionals from different markets and application sectors, discussing specific technical requirements and potential project developments.
At our stand, visitors were able to discover some of the solutions that represent the core of our offering for the medical sector, including:
- flexible hoses for medical applications;
- components developed for medical devices and healthcare equipment;
- customised solutions designed in close collaboration with the customer;
- products engineered with a strong focus on precision, reliability and long-term performance consistency.
One of the key topics that emerged during our meetings was the growing need for partners capable of providing not only manufacturing quality, but also responsiveness, design flexibility and continuous technical support.
These are precisely the aspects we continue to invest in every day: transforming specific requirements into practical solutions while supporting customers throughout every stage of project development.
A trade fair participation with special significance
This edition of MedtecLIVE 2026 also had a particularly important symbolic value for us, as it marked our first trade fair participation following the integration of Eddi Bressan into the group.
This strategic step further strengthens our expertise, know-how and engineering capabilities, expanding our ability to provide increasingly comprehensive and specialised solutions for the medical sector.
The exhibition therefore also represented an opportunity to present this new phase of our company’s growth and to discuss future perspectives with the market.
One of the most important aspects of events such as MedtecLIVE 2026 remains the human and professional value of direct interaction.
Every conversation held during the exhibition allowed us to gather concrete insights, better understand the priorities of the industry and closely analyse the challenges currently facing the medical sector: supply chain reliability, customised solutions, technological innovation, sustainability and the growing integration between manufacturing expertise and digital technologies.
