Our production is specialized in the precision turning and milling of Titanium, Stainless Steel and their alloys for the manufacturing of products to be used in Medical Devices (implants for orthopaedics, traumatology, dentistry, maxillofacial surgery), as well as in elements for the Aeronautical sector, Industrial Automation, Electromechanics, etc.

THE PRODUCTION

The production unit is equipped with mobile headstock single-spindle turning machines having 10 controlled axis to turn diameters from 1 to 32 mm. These machines are equipped with high-tech machining devices such as high-pressure boring systems and internal/external thread milling devices (“tourbillonage”). Our production is specialized in the precision turning and milling of Titanium, Stainless Steel and their alloys for the manufacturing of products to be used in high-quality Medical Devices (removable implants for orthopedics, traumatology, maxillofacial surgery and dentistry), pursuing the product innovation and the best results in any correlated activity. In this highly technological sector constantly under development, we want to offer to our customers the best service as far as Product, Deliveries and Technical Support are concerned helping them to handle the project from a single prototype to the pre-serial and serial production.
